Our client is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex employment matters and provide strategic counsel to a diverse client base.
 

• Represent clients in employment litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful termination cases.
• Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
• Handle administrative proceedings before agencies such as the EEOC and DOL.
• Provide guidance on workplace investigations and risk management.
• Support clients in union negotiations and labor relations when applicable.
   

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar license (or eligibility for admission).
• 3-6 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Strong litigation skills and familiarity with employment regulations.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
