The Company is a global manufacturer and supplier of electrical equipment and products, is looking to establish its presence in the North American market under its own brand name. 
 

The Accounting & Finance Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close activities for the U.S. entity. This role requires a hands-on professional who can work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and headquarters.
 

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close in accordance with US GAAP
• Maintain general ledger and prepare account reconciliations (AR/AP, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, deferred revenue)
• Support revenue recognition and contract-related accounting
• Review and post journal entries; ensure accuracy and completeness
• Manage accounting data and reports using Oracle ERP
• Prepare financial schedules and support management reporting
• Assist with external audit and internal data requests
• Support internal controls and accounting process improvements
• Collaborate with all other teams on accounting matters
• Ad hoc report

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–7 years of accounting or finance experience
• Solid understanding of US GAAP
• ERP experience required (Oracle ERP strongly preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic financial analysis)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in Korean and English required.
• Manufacturing or project-based accounting experience
• Experience supporting external audits
• Experience working with overseas headquarters or subsidiaries\
• CPA or CPA candidate (preferred, not required)
