Responsibilities
- Lead and support the customer service for technical and quality.
- Lead and support the management of development processes for new program
- Facilitate communication across various stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and the Korea headquarters, to support collaboration and business goals.
- Lead and support managing product inbound and outbound operations, ensuring proper handling and timely processing.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of received products
- Leads and support inventory management by updating with physical inventory
- Collabo rate with - Coordinate with material teams and Korea teams to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Enter, validate and manage data within the SAP system to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the operation
- Analyze and apply SAP functionalities to improve processes
- Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and provide user support
Requirements
- College Experience is preferred, but not required
- Administrative Assistant (client facing): 2 years (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong computer skills are required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
- English/Korean bilingual language skills required
