Position Overview


The Company is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager with at least 8 years of progressive HR experience to lead strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts, while supporting overall HR operations. This on-site role, based in New York, reports directly to the Head of HR and will play a critical role in shaping HR strategies, driving recruitment initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with U.S. labor and employment laws (federal and state).
 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute HR strategies, workforce plans, and organizational development programs aligned with Hanwha Future proof’s growth objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional and leadership roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the company’s expansion.
  • Serve as an internal HR resource with expertise in U.S. labor and employment laws, ensuring policies, processes, and practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Analyze headcount, turnover, and talent trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Head of HR and senior leadership.
  • Partner with the Head of HR to review and enhance salary structures, market benchmarking, and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and a high-performance workplace culture.
     
Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven expertise in U.S. employment laws (federal and state) and HR compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and talent acquisition leadership.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and workforce analytics tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
