The Company develops, manufactures, and markets in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) tests.
 

Lead the entire Production team towards the long-term direction set by top management, manage milestones, and conduct periodic evaluations to measure progress.  Support Production, and MRO by providing numerical results through data analysis, and assists team leader and division head to make decisions on the matter regarding the cost.
 

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and electrical systems in the facility.
• Troubleshoot issues, and repair failures of production and facility equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Complete assigned work orders promptly.
• Maintain maintenance area in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Utilize maintenance systems as necessary to complete daily, weekly, and monthly routine duties.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Document work order completion status.
• Provide support to the maintenance team in the predictive and preventative maintenance program.
• Report emerging issues to the maintenance team and solve the issue asap
• Approach production process operators with a sense of fellowship and train so that production process operators can convey to the maintenance team what kind of issue occurred
• Confer with outsourcing companies in case of emergency
• Urgent material requests for the maintenance team
• Request emergency service to the outsourcing team
• Working on the on-site production floor on-site to reinforce the ability to observe and resolve the root cause of the issue.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Summarize the results by process, shift, and periodic terms
• Summarize the results by product type and production line if needed
• Analyze the results by comparing them with previous results or target
• Make the report if needed
• Collect the equipment performance data
• Calculate and keep track of efficiency of each production process for evaluation
• Analyze data toward targeted efficiency and summarize the reasons or circumstances if not achieved
• Make the documents of periodic summary to report the team leader and division head.
• Track the continuous efficiency to find the trends
• Work closely with related teams to collect accurate data
• Calculate and analysis staffing labor costs in terms of various objects such as product, machine, shift, process and sales orders
• Make ROI when new project is set
• Support evaluation of projects by calculating actual cost of the project achieved
   

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, 1 year or more experience of data handling
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, engineering, or statistics majors
• Medical Device or RDT manufacturing experience is plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Fast learning and Excellent communication skills among all levels of organization
• Self-motivation and work well with minimum supervision and time limits
• Good computer knowledge including Office365, Project managing software, ERP, and on-line communication software, and VBS
• English and Korean bilingual (preferred)
