The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting and finance tasks, including journal entries, financial closings, asset management, accounts receivable, and cash management. Additionally, this role involves preparing audit materials and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
 

• Record and input accurate journal entries into financial systems.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Manage assets, including tracking inventory and fixed assets.
• Oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
• Handle cash management tasks, including invoice management, issuance, fund execution, and deposit balance reconciliation.
• Prepare and organize audit materials to support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to maintain efficient communication and workflow.
   

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of accounting and finance experience, with a strong focus on financial closing.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required
