Responsibilities
- Receive and process order entry
- Communicate with outside and inside sales organizations to provide necessary support required.
- Manage order database
- Generate and manage all sales related supporting documents
- Sales management of a given territory
- Engagement and relationship building with sales reps and customers
- Collaborating with project management, procurement, engineering, accounting, and administrative teams
- Managing RFQs, RFIs, Proposal preparation and delivery
- Managing Purchase Orders and Change Orders as well as accounting engagement
- Managing deadlines and being highly responsive
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business related required.
- Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP and other applicable software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Bilingual in Korean and English required
