Position Overview

  • Develop/execute marketing strategies to bond/expand the right users to IP web/app platform services
  • Create annual/monthly marketing goals and action plans for the successful launching and scaling up of the Company's NFT platforms
  • Manage marketing performance based on the analysis of relevant data to achieve business goals


  • Craft strategies for all Marketing Teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing Department
  • Set, monitor, and report on Team goals.
  • Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Monitor the competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products, and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of Company objectives


  • BS or MS in Marketing or relevant field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing role at IT service based on Web/App platform
  • Strong understanding of the NFT and blockchain ecosystem
  • Content marketing experience for leveraging IP is a plus
  • Professional command of written and spoken Korean/English to communicate with HQ stakeholders
  • Develop and launch multiple campaigns/promotions
  • Brief and select creative agencies to build and lead the campaign successfully
  • Plan and execute annual media mixes and handle multi-cross functional channels in both product campaigns and brand awareness (specifically in the digital channel)
  • Experience in seeking earned media and execute the campaign accordingly
  • Lead creative development in digital/consumer brand and execute the creative campaign
  • Monitoring and analytical skills by using 3rd party attribution tools (e.g., Appsplyer).
  • Experience in tracking and reporting performance by using data analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude)
  • High analytical ability to define a problem and consult logically with a strategic solution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with various stakeholders
