The Company is a leading electrical equipment manufacturing and energy solutions provider.
- Receive and process incoming requests for warrant /warranty orders or field customer questions and complaints (voice of customers)
- Send official requests for warranties to relevant departments
- Update the warranty database (tracker)
- Update customers on scheduling
- Prepare quotes for service
- A.A. or A.S. degree, or higher
- Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, Excel, Projects, PowerPoint, SAP and other applicable software
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean required
- Complex problem-solving skills required
