Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming requests for warrant /warranty orders or field customer questions and complaints (voice of customers)
  • Send official requests for warranties to relevant departments
  • Update the warranty database (tracker)
  • Update customers on scheduling
  • Prepare quotes for service

Requirements

  • A.A. or A.S. degree, or higher
  • Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, Excel, Projects, PowerPoint, SAP and other applicable software
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean required
  • Complex problem-solving skills required
