Responsibilities
- Manage projects for assigned accounts from order handover to completion of projects
- Develop overall project execution schedules, communication plans, project budget plans, and risk management plans
- Review contractual requirements and communicate customers’ expectations with relevant organizations inside and outside the Company
- Manage and track milestones of the project and all deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with internal organizations to investigate and resolve commercial and technical issues of the project to maximize customers’ satisfaction
- Coordinate with client and partner companies for transportation and fieldwork
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related or engineering field required
- Knowledge of Project Management disciplines and processes
- Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP and other applicable software
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English required
- Ability to travel 5%
- Complex problem-solving skills required
- 2+ years of experience in B2B project management preferred
- Expertise in the energy/critical power industry is preferred
