Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to successfully engage with prospective customers
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Proactively seek out new opportunities
  • Initiate contact with potential customers
  • Present product information
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed Company sales goals
  • Support Sales Executives on an as-needed basis throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure prospect expectations are aligned with the product
  • 20% travel may be required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in mainframe modernization solutions
  • Familiarity or experience working with mainframes or mainframe modernization solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
  • Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels
  • Versatility and flexibility; willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM software
